It suddenly hit me, both in a dream and prior to that in a moment of contemplation whilst watching an earlier episode of S5. I've just about got time to post it, but don't worry, it's a short one.

Everyone..is everyone.

Meaning that the Island's Adam and Eve are all of the males and females that have ever set foot on the island.

I believe Charlie said it best:

"You all, everybody!"

Actually, I'm sure I've posted this theory already. Maybe in another life

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.

Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.

It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done

Good theory Roco. I had thought over the past several days that Adam and Eve could be Jack and Kate, as an example.

My Tutors was telling us this little phrase/quote at college once trying to prove a point to us about something. It obviously didn't work because i don't remeber the actuall conversation now

You have it backwards. Every body would know that nobody could think no body was everybody. It's backwards because the point of this thread is that everybody is everybody but if you said that everybody would know that no body could think nobody was every body then you are just proving that nobody was every body which clearly makes no sense. Rather, everybody is everybody.
