Hurley's Funniest Scene
I think it was in The Incident pt 1, when Chang/Candle/Miles's dad, whatever you're calling him, is asking Hurley what year he was born, to try and catch him out on the lie.
Hurley: 1931... Chang: So you're 46? Hurley: ... Yeah Chang: You fought in the Korean War *Pause* Hurley: There's um no such thing I proper lmao'd at that.

that was hilarious! Hurley tried (very weakly) to defend himself, but a general knowledge question caught him out LOL.

Not scene, but I'm rewatching the season 3 episode where they fix up the Dharma van. His comeback to Sawyer is genius..
